You At this time, the pre-order eligible products (La Croix and Diplomat Sports Bras) will arrive early April of 2021. If you order these select products after during or after April of 2021, you should receive the product within 1-2 weeks.

If the product information reads: "this is a custom order." The designer product will take 4 to 5 weeks for its arrival. The reason for this: the product is made specially for you!

For standard orders through the website, we begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, for this reason we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders. 

For custom orders placed during a scheduled appointment, or via email [email protected], you have 24 hours to make changes from the time you have received the confirmation of custom order email. After this 24 hour period, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your custom order.

We do not offer exchanges at this time.  Each designer piece is made specifically for you, if you need alterations, simply email us at [email protected].

If the garment is not damaged in any way and the tags are left intact, returns are accepted for all items within 7 days of receiving your order.  Please email us at [email protected] to initiate the return process.

Your order should never arrive damaged.  Prior to the shipment of the garment, Rougel inspects each garment to ensure the best quality of product.  If the order is damaged, it would be due to shipping.  In the rare case this would occur, please email [email protected] so that we can assist with processing a replacement. 

We are sorry for any inconvenience this has caused and our customer service team is here o help make things rights.  Please contact our customer service team via email [email protected], so that we can assess the error.  Based on the initial order information, a resolution will be determined.  We will do everything we can to work to get you your goods as soon as possible.

Product sizing varies between different brands.  Rougel uses a master global body measurement chart, a standard chart used within the high-end apparel sector.  In order for you to select the size which will suit your body the best, please compare your measurements to the product size chart, which can be found toward the bottom of each product detail page.  If you have a question regarding measurements, you may email [email protected].

Rougel has 2 laundry care labels:  Dry Clean Only and Hand Wash or Gentle Cycle.  It is important to follow the laundry care labels in order for your garment to last a lifetime.  The Dry Clean Only is self explanatory.  The Hand Wash or Gentle Cycle label includes the following directions:  Hand Wash or Gentle Cycle, Tumble-Dry Cool, Use Steamer to De-wrinkle.  This means you can either hand wash or use the gentle cycle to wash using cool to Luke-warm water.  Tumble dry on cool, or hang-dry.  Use a steamer to de-wrinkle, rather than an iron.  Steamers are common in today’s world, yet Use Steamer Label is not, yet it is by far the best way to care for your high-end apparel products.
